As Head of Transformation Architecture at Danish Telco TDC Group, I was responsible for leading the company's transformation into a strategy and architecture-driven organization. This involved overseeing the split into TDC Net and Nuuday, and aligning the IT roadmap with the business strategy of the owners.

Through my leadership, the company was able to make strategic decisions based on empirical evidence and a sound methodology, resulting in successful outcomes and improved business performance.

As Head of Cloud Consulting at a mid-stage startup, I spearheaded significant growth of the team and the consulting products, while establishing a mature and robust delivery process. Within a year, I doubled the utilization of consultants and expanded the team from 25 to 40 Cloud Engineers and Architects. Under my leadership, we developed and implemented a code-first approach and automation principles, enabling us to deliver high-quality services with greater efficiency.

In addition, I built and managed a nearshore Cloud Operations team in the Baltics, which was based on the latest Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and Modern Systems Management (MSM) practices. I implemented infrastructure-as-code (IaC) methodologies and automation tools, resulting in a significant improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.

As Lead Architect across various top-25 accounts such as Raytheon, Nortel, and Motorola in the US and Canada, I was responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies and transformations to support the business needs of each client. My role required close collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical systems.

Senior Solution Architect, CSC (DXC Technology), Copenhagen

Designed one of the largest email systems of its time for Raytheon, California.

Transformed every conceivable platform across various industries. Consulted on one of the largest ERP systems of its time for the US Army. Provided IT consulting for the Pentagon following 9/11.

Designed a Peta Byte (PB) storage solution ahead of the curve in 2001 for Nortel Networks, Ottawa.
